Theodore T. Cordery is a native San Franciscan. He has been admitted to both the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ted is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Barristers Club of San Francisco, and is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale. His primary areas of concentration are negligence law, toxic torts litigation and environmental law.

MICHAEL J. BOLAND

BIO

Michael J. Boland is a native San Franciscan. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U. S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Northern District Court, and Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.  He is also a member of the San Francisco Bar Association.  From 1976 to 1984, he was a member of the Corte Madera Town Council, serving as Mayor from 1981 to 1982. Before joining the firm, he was a senior trial attorney for American International Group of Insurance Companies (AIG). Mike's primary areas of practice are Negligence Law, Toxic Tort Law, and Environmental Law.

Mr. Boland was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2013, and is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale.

R. Randy Wertz was born in Toledo, Ohio. He has been admitted to the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Randy graduated from Princeton University in 1969 with a BA in Economics, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in 1976. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and is Peer Review Rated by Martindale. His main practice areas are product liability, negligence, personal injury, landlord-tenant habitability and wrongful eviction, premises liability, construction defect, toxic torts including asbestos and lead poisoning, breach of contract, and defamation.

Michael S. Romeo grew up in San Jose and has practiced solely in the Bay Area. Mr. Romeo is admitted to the U.S. District Court and Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.

Mr. Romeo focuses his current practice on Trials in asbestos litigation and general liability cases. He has extensive experience in handling catastrophic injuries involving products liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, negligent hiring/suspension/retention, medical malpractice and breach of contract.

Mr. Romeo has first and second chair trial experience.
