BIO
Michael J. Boland is a native San Franciscan. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U. S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Northern District Court, and Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the San Francisco Bar Association. From 1976 to 1984, he was a member of the Corte Madera Town Council, serving as Mayor from 1981 to 1982. Before joining the firm, he was a senior trial attorney for American International Group of Insurance Companies (AIG). Mike's primary areas of practice are Negligence Law, Toxic Tort Law, and Environmental Law.

TINA YIM
BIO
Tina Yim grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Washington. While in law school, Tina served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward M. Chen at the United States District Court, Northern District of California. She also served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association from 2003-2004. She has previously served as a Mock Trial Coach for Lowell High School and currently volunteers on the BASF Mock Trial Committee. She is also a member of the ADC Toxic Torts Committee.

Michael S. Romeo grew up in San Jose and has practiced solely in the Bay Area. Mr. Romeo is admitted to the U.S. District Court and Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.
Mr. Romeo focuses his current practice on Trials in asbestos litigation and general liability cases.
