Katherine Marker was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She obtained her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007 where she graduated with honors and served as associate editor of the Golden Gate Law Review. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. Her primary area of practice is toxic tort.
