David Toomey was born on December 7, 1981, in San Jose, California. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon in 2004. David received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2008. While at the University of Oregon, David played as a defensive lineman on the 2000 and 2001 University of Oregon Pac-Ten championship football teams. Prior to joining Imai, Tadlock, Keeney & Cordery, LLP, David served as associate corporate counsel for Zilog, Inc.
