Roxana McAllister Smith was born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in San Antonio, Santa Fe and London, England before attending St. Paul’s School, in Concord, NH. high school on the East coast. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Ct. Roxana received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. While in law school, Roxana was a member of the Honors Lawyering Program and was an editor of the 2006-2007 Law Review.  She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
