Dana M. Leahy was born in San Francisco, California, on May 10, 1950. She graduated from Stanford University with distinction in 1972. Dana received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santa Clara and was admitted to the California Bar in 1976. In addition, she has been admitted to the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Dana’s primary areas of practice are construction defect, toxic tort , and negligence law.
