Robert C. Keeney
 
Robert C. Keeney was born in San Mateo, California, on October 4, 1949. He attended the University of the Pacific and Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, prior to his admission to the California Bar in 1978. In addition, he has been admitted to the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Defense Research Institute and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Before joining our firm, he was a Deputy Public Defender in the Solano County Public Defender's office. His primary areas of concentration are negligence law, toxic tort litigation and structural pest control litigation (much of which involves construction related issues).
