Euince Chang was born in Marshall, Missouri on September 7, 1965. She received her undergraduate degree as a Director of Christian Education from Concordia University at Irvine in 1987. Eunice received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1997. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Francisco Apartment Association, and the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County. Her primary areas of concentration are negligence law, toxic tort litigation, and violations of San Francisco and Oakland Rent Ordinances.
